This Refund Policy governs all return and refund requests submitted through kosasus.shop.

Return Eligibility

Customers are allowed to submit return requests within 60 days after receiving their ordered items. Returned products must remain in acceptable condition for review. Returns are free for customers, and you will not need to cover return shipping costs.

Refund Process

Once we receive and complete inspection of your returned items, we will begin the refund procedure. Refund processing takes 5 to 10 days, and funds will be returned to your original payment method.
